HORTONCRETE is a unique polymer concrete designed to pass the acid test. It is made from a blend of furfuryl alcohol monomer plus an acid catalyst combined with a specially treated mineral aggregate. The result, a-cross-linked resinous polymer concrete that forms a super strength bond with the aggregate and creates a material impervious to over 400 chemicals.

Because of this tremendous advantage HORTONCRETE is ideal for plant concrete maintenance and construction in industries such as petroleum, meat packing, drugs, power plants, waste treatment, wherever strong chemicals are present.
 
  Forms can be removed within thirty minutes after pouring HORTONCRETE and strengths of up to 5,000 p.s.i. can be achieved in just one hour when expensive down-time costs are at stake and up to 15,000 p.s.i. in other situations. HORTONCRETE is traffic-ready fast!
  ANCHORS TO OLD CONCRETE
  Repairing or covering corroded or damaged existing Portland cement concrete is easily accomplished with HORTONCRETE. Our unique method of surface preparation, priming and anchoring gives you a new-to-old bond.
TOUGH AND STRONG   EASY CLEAN UP-NO MESS
Rugged HORTONCRETE is made from highly specialized and closely controlled combinations of selected sands, aggregates and proprietory chemicals and catalysts. Scientifically proportioned and easily mixed, HORTONCRETE is a strong and reliable replacement for Portland cement concrete.   HORTONCRETE is clean! Mixers, hand tools and forms can be cleaned with water!
 
  EASY JOBSITE HANDLING AND POURING
  HORTONCRETE can be installed by a trained contractor in your area, or by your own maintenance crews. HORTONCRETE's select, quality raw materials are preportioned for your jobsite mixing convenience.
LONG LASTING AND MAINTENANCE FREE    
Harsh acid environmental conditions and the degrading effects of constant abuse will not deteriorate HORTONCRETE. Using a process of high quality control, HORTONCRETE is poured to last. It will not corrode, rot, discolor or require expensive surface coating.
